Phantom’s “Deliverance” is the best black metal album, period !

Phantom’s latest album, “Deliverance”, is absolutely the best album ever released in black metal history. There is simply no other.

When people think about Phantom’s best extreme metal albums, they often refer to the debut album Divine Necromancy, the absolutely brutal Demonecromancy or even the very hypnotic and atmospheric Horror Phantasm.

And yet, despite how impressive all these albums are, the single best black metal album ever produced is undoubtedly “Deliverance”.

There are simply no words to describe how utterly evil the album “Deliverance” actually is. You have to listen to this record for yourself.

There are eight tracks on “Deliverance”, and not one single moment is a filler.

Fro the utterly epic and somewhat melancholic opener “Phantom Awakening” all the way to the closing and title-track “Deliverance”, this album is the defining masterpiece of black metal music.

“Deliverance” is the album to own if you like raw, brutal and extremely gruesome black metal.

“Satan le Nécrobâtard, Sodomisateur du Christ-Roi” – Epic Black Metal Review

Antekhrist’s long awaited sixth black metal album is finally out, almost a year after the utterly blasphemous and demonic Fukked by God (that we reviewed here).

And what can I say about this new black metal album, other than it’s pure, unadulterated, satanic evil !

Satan le Nécrobâtard, Sodomisateur du Christ-Roi” (damn that is a long title) is perhaps one of the best industrial black metal albums ever produced, alongside the previous album by Antekhrist called Fukked by God.

The music on “Satan le Nécrobâtard, Sodomisateur du Christ-Roi” is very hard to describe unless you actually listen to the album.

Luckily, it is available for free on sites such as Youtube and Spotify, I even included a video of the title track in this review.

Many would describe “Satan le Nécrobâtard, Sodomisateur du Christ-Roi” as raw industrial black metal, in the same vein as Fukked by God.

Mostly, that assertion is correct. This album starts out where Fukked by God left off, and brings pure satanic blasphemy to haunt the listener and pummel him into spiritual submission.

There is a reason why Antekhrist chose this album to follow Fukked by God : it is highly representative of their modern sound.

Satan le Nécrobâtard, Sodomisateur du Christ-Roi” is simply a demonic album, and one that you MUST possess if you are a fan of hardcore black metal music.
